What we collect and why

When you send a brief, we collect the name, company, work email, country and details you provide, plus an optional phone number. We use this information to review your request, respond to you and discuss a possible service relationship. We do not use brief submissions for marketing lists.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to B2B enquiries and, where relevant, taking steps at your request before a possible agreement. The required fields are needed to identify your request and reply; the phone number and brief type are optional.

How it is handled

The form is hosted by Cloudflare. Form submissions are stored in Cloudflare KV for up to 90 days. If you contact us by email, Namecheap Private Email handles that correspondence. Access is limited to people handling GroundRelay enquiries.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate visits and page performance. It does not use cookies or identify individual visitors.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to or restrict processing, by emailing [email protected]. You can also contact the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) if you have a concern.

Please do not send sensitive personal information in the form. If a brief contains traveller details, contact us first so we can agree a suitable way to handle them.
